1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred.

2. Non-Refundable Custom-Made Watches

Custom-built watches, including pieces tailored through personalization options or special orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Since these timepieces are crafted uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference.

3. Returns for Pre-Made Designs

Pre-made watches from our catalog that have not been customized are eligible for return. If you are not satisfied with your pre-made watch, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
